Of all the attempts at fusion cooking in Hong Kong, this is probably the only one that I will advise people against. The concept is strangely alluring and I bought into it even though warning signals went off in my head. The problem: it just doesn't work as a functional pizza. It disintegrates into a soup of rice, cheese, and sauce which is much less appetizing than crispy white bread as the foundation of a pizza.
